A special pre-festival taste of the music of William Bolcom! Craig Kirchhoff conducts the Wind Ensemble in a sample of Bolcom's music for concert band. The program will include Song (for Band) and The Machine, renowned for its intense drive and rock sensibility. Also on the program is Cosmosis by Susan Botti, a colleague of William Bolcom at the University of Michigan, who will be featured as soprano soloist.
